When you order or sign up we collect:

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your delivery address and any delivery notes
• Your order details and order history
• Gift messages and recipient details, if you send a gift

We do not collect or store your card details — payments are handled entirely by Yoco, our payment provider.

To bake and deliver your order, send order updates, answer your questions, and — only if you opted in to the Cookie Club — send you news about drops and offers.

Only the partners we need to run the shop: Yoco (payments), The Courier Guy (delivery) and our website and email providers. We never sell your information.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Cookie Club details are kept until you unsubscribe.

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by emailing hello@kudziscookiecorner.co.za.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep your cart and login working. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
