Delivery & Returns

We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Orders go out with The Courier Guy and normally arrive within 1–2 business days of dispatch. Local Pretoria orders are often delivered even faster.

Your fee is calculated automatically at checkout when you choose your area.

Everything is baked to order. We bake and dispatch within 1–3 business days of your order, then the courier takes 1–2 business days. Limited drops (like the Spring collection) are pre-orders and are dispatched on the date shown at checkout.

You'll get a tracking reference from us once your box is collected by the courier.

Cookies are best in the first 3–4 days. Keep them sealed at room temperature, or warm them for 10 seconds in the microwave for that fresh-from-the-oven gooey centre.

Because our products are freshly baked perishable food, we can't accept returns for a change of mind. We will absolutely make it right if:

• Your order arrives damaged or spoiled
• You received the wrong flavours or the wrong box
• Your order never arrives

Email hello@kudziscookiecorner.co.za or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement box or a full refund. Refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Need to cancel or change an order? Let us know at least 48 hours before your dispatch date and we'll refund you in full. After baking has started we can no longer cancel.

Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address. If the courier can't deliver and the box has to be returned, a re-delivery fee will apply.
